Chicken Curry ( Aksa Meh Kan)

Hello Friends,

Today recipe is Chicken Curry!!   Its easy to cook, fast and delicious!!

Ingredients :

Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Bay leaf
Black pepper, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds
Cooking oil


Wash the pre cut chicken in a running water and set aside.

Chopped the Onions, make ginger garlic paste. Cut the tomatoes into desired size.

Dry Roast the Black pepper, Cumin Seeds, Coriander seeds and grind them.

Heat oil and fry onions in oil. When onions becomes transparent, add bay leaf, ginger garlic paste ,stir well, after 3 mins add coarsely grind cumin seeds, black pepper and coriander seeds, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder, hing, stir fry for about 5 mins or till the oil and the masala separate themselves, Now add the tomatoes and mix with the ingredients evenly. Then add the Chicken after 5mins, stir well, and cover, the water will comes out from the meat, cooked in low heat till it dries up. Now add water bring to boil, cover the lid till its cooked (in a low heat.) Garnished with Coriander.

Serve hot with steam rice, naan or roti.
